QNow that all the regular shows are into reruns for the summer, what's on your TV viewing guide now?

Summertime shows that I enjoy are Inked on A&E and a new show that is cracking me up is America's Got Talent. Boy some of these people do not have talent but you have to give them snaps for trying... especially on National TV.

We watched the pilot for Kyle XY last week. It was interesting enough to keep my attention for a 1-hour segment. We're also watching King of Queens in reruns -- it's a great pick-me-up after a long hot day. It's nice to see a girl who's crankier than me!

QWho do you like on The Apprentice now?

I've only seen one episode this season (Tivo misprogramming) but so far I was impressed with Tammy from Synergy. I have to give Ivanka snaps as well - a well spoken intelligent young woman!



Unfortunately like Diva I have missed a few of the episodes - why isn't it on Thursday nights anymore? Anyway - I really don't have a passion for one player over the other like i did in past episodes. I really am enjoying Ivanka - she is very well spoken and seems to be knowledgeable - esp in the boardroom. I don't get the sense from her that she is trying to ride on her dad's coattails.

I actually kind of liked it better not knowing what was in the hatch

Well now we know that there is a person in the hatch. But who is it? Is it Jack's half-brother?

I am VERY disappointed with Charlie.

Don't sell crack-boy short too soon. He hasn't done the deed yet you know. He may still surprise us. Maybe by some bizarre twist of fate the baby will need a crack fix. Oh yeah - for teething. That's it. Woot - now I'll get hate mail for supporting crack as a teething soother ROFL.

Apprentice

Can we all say in honesty how much better the women's team's presentation was this week? OMG. They so hands-down won the challenge. I think George summed it up best when he said the men lost it on the tarmat. They were just overly cocky and sold themselves on their ideas which really weren't that good.

BTW ... I think Caroline should go back to last season's hairstyle even if people did say she looked like Princess Diana. That's not a bad thing is it?

Hurry up and catch up on this show if you haven't finished watching Season 1 yet! I am so hooked on it ... I can't wait from week to week to see what happens.

I was so excited about the entire episode! So much happened ... it is hard to keep track of it all.

It wasn't a big surprise though that the guy in the hatch (Desmond) was the same guy from the football arena. They just do stuff like that.

PDaddy went to a web site he goes to that helped answer a few questions. Thanks to these people who study the show and report back!

They say Walt said to Shannon "OceanicFlight815.com." I thought he said "Don't tell anyone" but it was very hard to hear ...

There is a lot of information in the mural in the hatch also. Here is a pic I found of it.

I guess this week we don't go back to the hatch, but get some information on what happened to the people on the raft. That will be great for me because I about fainted when they took Walt. Do you think the people on the boat are "the others?"

I finally got to see the first week Apprentice episode (Donald's not Martha's) For some reason, my DVR didn't record it on Thursday so I had to wait for a rerun last nite at 11:00 EST.

Read below for my two cents ... if you haven't seen the show yet, come back when you have!

First of all ... did you notice in the opening sequence on the golf course ... everyone's hair is blowing in the strong wind ... except Donald's? I was roaring.

Yay! I'm so glad they booted nasty girl Melissa. Although she thinks she's all assertive and task-focused, she certainly didn't come off that way. She came off as difficult and negative. It is always hard to tell how much of this is due to episode editing, but given what I saw I think she was the right choice.

I had to laugh though at Donald's parting comment to Kristi.

Who's first to go on the men's team? Chatterbox Markus? Do you think?

Poor Randall, it's great that they are flying him out for the services!

One final thought ... how many butt shots at the gym did they show during this episode? Were they necessary?
